THE GOLDEN AGE OF RUSSIAN ARMS-MAKING ART: XVII CENTURY SMALL ARMS AND HORSE TACK OF THE CZARS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RUSSIAN STATE ARMORY, Moscow, 1993. The dust cover shows some rubbing, the book is in pristine condition and is enclosed in a protective mylar cover.

A giant-sized book [27x35 cm], 180p, about two hundred full-page color photos of swords, other edged weapons, armor, firearms and horse tack that belonged to the Russian Czars.
All photos are annotated in English and Russian.

A unique aspect of this book is that it concentrates solely on the 17th century arms and accouterments in a time of transition for Russia, when the long-standing Eastern influence encountered the increasing exposure to the art and technology of the European arms-makers.
