Default Sundang pommels

As was done with the Mandau faces thread, I think a Malaysian Sundang pommel thread should be available to display the various examples of the type and discuss further suggested meanings and influences.

Here is one of mine, more to follow as time permits.

Hi Gavin:

Sounds like a good idea. I think it would be very helpful if we could have pictures of the whole swords as well as the hilts, in order to put the pommels in their overall context. Also, some comments about the materials used for the hilts (silver, ivory, horn, wood, etc.).
