Very nice dha hmyaung from Burma, think from the first quarter of the 20th century. Is the handle from wood or horn?

The scabbard bands are a white brass.
On the blade, the silver koftgari looks like a type of story dha, although I am not sure there is enough to call it a true story dha. |
