the writing is upside down, it helps if you take pictures that are rightside up.
can't read the smaller portion. the rest reads Works of Abdul Karim.

The other part reads Benaalop or Banaalop, I do not know what language it is. I know it is not Arabic or Persian. Sorry could not be of any more help.
