Default New-Old Jezail

A recent purchase at a local Militaria fair, nothing amazing except it being a carbine/musketoon length. Looks decent, and I like it having been looking for something like this for a while. Further pics to follow as I strip and clean it.

Very cool. I would not want to fire it. I can image the bang and smoke. Is it a cavalry weapon? would it be fired one handed. Close range?

Looks a nice above average example. Condition can often be an issue with these.

I agree with Colin...better than average item. The lock MAYBE a local copy of a TOWER original. ...the lettering looks a bit rough. Don't forget to check that there is not a charge in the barrel!
