Definitely 1st Philippine Republic dagger
I have a 1st Philippine Republic dagger whose scabbard looks very similar to yours. The brass on my scabbard has the seal of the First Republic (mythical sun and 3 stars), but otherwise looks very similar to yours. Nice pieces!
