The only book I know is the auction catalogue for the collection. Harvard university have a copy in their Fine Arts Library.

If you input the title "Arms and armor from the collection formed by the late Ansel S. Leo." into Bookfinder.com you will see that there are currently three copies available for sale at a reasonable price.
