The entire gandar could be old, but the atasan of the wrongko is recent, and not Bali, probably done in Surabaya or Jakarta, the craftsman who did the restoration was very likely from Madura.
Keris + hilt, pretty nice.
It is near to impossible to guess on the basis of a photo, but that little collar below the uwer might be worth testing for gold.
