The Dapur looks like
Tilam Upih to me, with a
tikel alis (eyelash) above the
gandik area.
The
mendak (hilt ring) looks like a simplified
meniran form.
The hilt is a
Maduran Donoriko form, probably made of ivory in this case.
As for age, it's hard to tell but I reckon this piece have some age to it.
The blade surface have rust to it. Perhaps with proper cleaning, more detail could be given.
If you don't mind, could you post more all-round pictures of the hilt.
