Please see http://khanjar.om/Types.html and scroll down to Ganobi and Hanshia daggers which are almost identical to this weapon Ganobi from Dhofar and Hanshia from the Sharqiyah but in the case of your weapon this looks to have Yemeni silver..and a leather scabbard in Yemeni style.
