This is a very nice and composite short sword!
It's very interesting because it's a puzzle of different parts.
Is it possible to have another photo of the pommeau just to check if it's a yatagan hilt mounted on a kinjal?
The scabbard is fun too and very North African...
For the date i would say 1921...
But it's just a date.. it doesnt mean anything than the last use of this sword...
To me someone has reused Balkan or Turkish ottoman parts to make a cutlass, to use on ships, the guard and the scabbard could be North African, Algerian or Tunisian, maybe used on pirate ships in the area...
Best,
