OAL: 26.26 inches/ blade: 18.5 inches
sheath: lacquered wood with aluminum bands
hilt/pommel: kakatua motif pommel with braided thread(?) on the hilt.

The upper part of the scabbard has a wooden peg(if this is the right term), which, in my opinion is intended for the sword not to slide down the wearer's waist?

Possible age?

Many thanks

Maranao kris from Tugaya, 1920s to WW2 timeline. Distinct lack of a 'face' on the gangya.
