Hi Harold,
You can try to resize the pictures. I use "Image resizer" which you can find a free download on following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/D...powertoys.mspx
Download the image resizer on the right of the webpage and install. It is not difficult, I did it too ;-) ,and you can resize every pic just with a right click on the mouse.
