Your plan should work. I live in California, so even if it is a newish antique it still has to be less than 5% ivory. Please remove most of the ivory. Can you replace it with a whiteish plastic?
The GBP:USD exchange rate is just about as good as it's ever been, and you can exclude VAT. But the rest of your demands sound like a lot of work on my part. If I send you my social security number and bank password, can you just look up my address and deduct the correct amount from my bank account for me?
