I bought this knife at an auction in Scotland about 12 years ago, recently (though this web site) discovered that it may be a Tumbuk Lada. Can anyone provide any other information (guesses are ok with me) on where/when?

I have larger pictures (more detail) but could not upload, if you would like to see them just ask.
