There seems to be quite a variation of features on the LT, like the Ilang.
On the best one I have seen so far the crowit stands out even more than your other one
(the one that I owned for some years) and the blade is heavy decorated.

Michael I think that the ones with the fat metal are a little closer to the parang niabor because we find the same just a little longer on the niabor also
the area has maybe something to do with it but the first handle is for sure Saribas area .

Shelford says about the lT that it is practically the same as the niabor with the handle of an parang Ilang .
And the niabor has the fat metal below the handle.

(I am glad that the other one LT is back after years with you .)
