A heavy French siege helmet Excavated in Bourgogne.
Two pieces skull faceted in fourteen sections with a pivoted peak
This helmet is with additional plates mounted on the skull .
Siege helmet with such faceted skull are very rare.
Weight about 7 kg.
Any comment on it would be welcome.
