Hello Kubur,
you are not wrong, the blade shape is typical for a pedang lurus but I agree with Kai that it is a pedang as the complete sword.
Leather scabbards I know only from Java. I never has seen a leather scabbard by any Sunda swords.
The pamor look also very Javanese to my eyes.
It's a very interesting short sword for sure!
