Up for sale is a beautiful, very rare autentic Turkish Mauser M1903 bayonet, dated 1907/08(Islamic year 1325), with original scabbard. Simson & Co. Suhl markings on the blade.
Arabic markings on the blade and on the grip, including "Tughra" of Sultan Abdul Hamid II, rulling from 31 August 1876 until he was deposed on 27 April 1909. He was the last ottoman Sultan to rule with absolute power.
Original black leather scabbard with steel fittings has also proper Turkish markings. Turkish crescent and star presented on all major steel parts of bayonet and scabbard.
