I received it and clean it a little,
mounts are very heavy, seems made on coarse cast metal
velvet seems recent on the scabbard.
In the same time the blade is better than I expected,
the ottoman fish-dragon chape is well made and seems silvered brass...
Maybe an old greek decoration piece ?
Or north african with ottoman influence ?
