Default A couple of interesting tulwars

Hi guys, seems a while since ive posted but life catches up with us sometimes.
Just gained these, nothing greatly unusual but thought I'd put them on anyway.
The first, typical tulwar form, very nicely crafted hilt, minimal decoration but in copper? Thought it may have been tarnished brass but if it is, its deffinately very high proportion copper.
The other, Southern style cruciform hilt, rather crude but with very narrow waist to the top of the grip. The blade though, which doesnt look original carries a very odd stamp mark. Best I can get with the camera but any ideas?
Cheers all
Andy

P.S Jim, i'll be back in touch, as drawings have been growing steadily and a trip to Durham Oriental museum, has given me a whole new field of subjects, which they want me to illustrate.
