An upcoming event on Bugis Keris spearheaded by The Bugis Makassar Polobessi Club (TBMPC). The exhibition will be held in conjunction with the "Pusaka Senjata Bugis" (Bugis Weapons Heritage) book launch. I've seen the draft of this monumental book written in Bahasa Indonesia with lots of illustrations and examples of Bugis weapons including the keris, badik, various swords and spears. Collectively known as 'polobessi' (tosan aji). A portion of the knowledge were extracted and translated from the lontara scripts. The exhibition will be held at Bentara Budaya, Jakarta, Indonesia.
