Can any one enlighten me on the origin and age of this one ?

total length: 39 cm with scabbard - 32 cm without
length blade: 18,2 cm
length bone handle: 13, 5 cm - 2 cm small part and 3,5 cm wider part
lenght scabbard : 25 cm ( wood covered by black leather)
3 rivest and 2 coloured small circular ornaments
(green and blue approx. 0,35 cm) and one smaller missing piece / stone approx. 0,2cm
