I believe it is Republican Era or late Qing. Probably a high quality training saber. No scabbard, moderately curved, both blade and handle, disc guard has a reinforcing lip forming a dish, cord wrap is dark green currently - unsure if it always was or has faded, wood handle is split construction I think
