Classic Kachin dao and no doubt an inspiration for the machete used during WWII by Allied troops. The tiger jaw is an uncommon decoration indicating prestige and prowess of the owner.

Does this one have a design set into the end of the hilt? The design is supposed to indicate the particular tribal group its owner belonged to.
