The designs to the bone, a dot within a circle, is a decoration used primarily in ethnographic settings (I know! After you got it moved over here!!). I agree with the others as far as the second and third piece, while this one is more elusive.

I've seen Afghan items with this decor pattern, also Berber/W African. Some North American Tlingit items with the same design and at least one "colonial Spanish' espada with similar patterning. I know the shape doesn't lend itself to Afghan/Pathan, but I'm a novice when it comes to these. Also, being that it's modern (post 1900), it could have taken on a more Western form-
