Ethnographic Arms & Armour - View Single Post - Balisong in span-am war or later?

This pictures belongs to a balisong from a friend of mine and I think this engraved may be from Philippines. The initials D.R.G.M nº78639 are engraved too. DRGM is Deutsches Reichsgebrauchsmuster , a factory who made knives from 1880. This is made in German but this factory export too to Philippines and the engraved may be philipin. What do you think?
