Absolutely fantastic discussion, research and detail guys!!! Queequeg has as always, posted intriguing query, and its great to see writers who use this kind of arcane material in thier work. Then to see the material beautifully annotated as you guys have done is amazing. Although I cant really add anything here, I just wanted to say its good to see these kinds of discussions, and to learn more on the use of these terms.
