North African letter opener
This little knife, measures 8 1/2", has an interesting hilt and with motif I would guess it is North African. Would make a nice letter opener. Scabbard has two channels so it must have originally contained two knives. Nicely decorated scabbard. If anyone is interested $10 plus a few bucks for shipping.
