I Have for sale this good Maly sword...

A good large Malay sword from Borneo generally known as a 'Parang Nabur'. This sword presents an interesting mix of Dyak features as the blade shape and chiselling, together with European style hilt. The hilt is of a large solid piece of horn with brass grip. The blade is curving and single edged, becoming double-edged at its tip, chiselled and pierced with decoration on the top. A great example of its type. No scabbard. Circa 1850
