This is number 2 that screams tourist to me, but honestly I do not know. It is 28cms long in the sheath and 27cms long without the sheath. There is a horse hair braid attached that I am guessing would be a fly whisk.
What is it, where did it come from and PM me if you can help with the question that I am not supposed to ask here.
