I am sure you are correct since you are familiar with Sikin and have handled my sword in the Netherlands.

It does not seem as fibrous as rhino is usually.

I read that rhino horn became more sticky when wet and noticed that when I was cleaning the handle it did seem to become sticky. I guess that buffalo horn may also exhibit this characteristic.

You have some nice pieces as well.
