The blade, not offset, is only 23 cms (9") long. The small grip looks horn, with some incisions. The buttons are iron.

The gold inlay ( koftgari ?) in both sides is all practilally there.
The scabbard could be a replacement. I say this because i have never seen a kindjal with this type of scabbard, but i can see it is an old work, probably from the period. It is made of wood, covered with textile fabric and gold threaded yarn. The mouth in moulded brass tin, looks not so perfect. The tip is solid brass.
The whole set looks quite aged to me ... i wonder if XIX century or earlier.

Looks very much like a kindjal to me and the designs looks Georgian. Am guessing this dagger late 19th or early 20th century and the decoration an embellishment later in this daggers use....
