Gentlemen,

I have placed on Ebay a keris that got a lot of attention here a couple of months ago. While that thread was 'hot', I had no less than six offers to buy it from forum members, and most of those offers came from acquaintances or people I have sold to before. I originally had no intention of selling this piece, but since then I have added some pieces to my collection that I have a greater "love" for, and we all know as collectors(especially on a teacher's budget!) that we can't keep everything. For that reason I decided to put it on Ebay so everybody has a fair shot at it. It has not been my intention to disappoint anyone, only to make it fair, and I know of no other way. If it does not sell at all, I will not be heartbroken.
