I can find 2 copies of the German version in Germany using
www.abebooks.com (search 'Sachse,Manfred'), but, like you, I did not find the English version for sale. I have had a copy for years, but want to keep it, as apparently do others who have it. If you are coming to the Timonium seminar I could bring it along for you to take a look at it...
