Default Yatagan(Boka kotorska pala sword)translation can someone help?

I have a Boka kotorska pala sword (yatagan) which is unusual, it has a persian ottoman writing on the blade on both sides, usualy boka kotorska palas doesent have anything ottoman on them, they are realy not a yatagan but a pala swords/knives, they are called palas on balkan, in Montenegro, and were made in Boka kotorska Risno, Kotor, etc. Becouse they have ears like yatagan, people call them yatagans, me allso. They usualy have year writen on the scabbard near loop in gregorian(this allso got it it is 1794)
But this example has a writing on it and another hijri year of 1764 translated to georgian.
My translater tried, and she is very very good, but this is too much for her, so if anyone can help?
There is 5 pictures of one side and 5 of other taken in segments.
If someone can help, thank you in advance!
