Hi Mark , the paper appeared in the magazine ARMS COLLECTING Vol. 40 No. 1
February 2002 . Unfortunately I can see no contact info for this magazine anywhere on its pages .

Possibly Mr. Pinchot lurks here and will hear your plea or you could contact him again ; then there is always the used book seller route .

I have a copy but I am loathe to part with it .
With Mr. Pinchot's express permission I would photocopy it and send it out to you ; but only with his permission .
