Here is a very attractive Persian qama/kindjal I picked up recently. There are inscriptions in Arabic script(but likely Farsi?) to both the outside upper (mouth) mount and the forte of the blade.

I would be most grateful for any assistance in translating those two areas.

Overall length: 31.25in.
Blade length: 23.5in.
Blade width at its widest point: just under 2in.
