A FEW MORE MACANA CLUBS, I HOPE MACANA IS THE LOCAL NAME OF THIS FORM OF CLUB AND NOT JUST THE WORD CLUB.I HAVE FOUND SEVERAL OTHER FORMS OF WEAPONS REFERRED TO AS MACANA SO IF SOMEONE HAS THE ANSWER PLEASE LET ME KNOW. ON FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS THE TERM MACANA IS A TAINO TERM FOR WOODEN WEAPONS CLUBS AND EVEN A MACANA SPEAR. I HAVE SEEN THE TERM APUTU IN A POST ON THE HOURGLASS SHAPED CLUBS I HAVE BEEN REFERRING TO AS MACANA IN THIS POST. THERE IS ANOTHER NAME FOR CLUBS FROM THE GUINANA AREA SAPAKANA BUT I DON'T KNOW WHICH FORM IT REFERS TO.?
