The example of mine you posted is Vietnamese with a Chinese style blade. Another similar example from the Chinese minority border region would be Shan dha, from the Burmese/Chinese border, called taidoa in China. Yours might be closer to those, but it is a modern example with many elements not seen on older examples. I have seen other modern ones, which sometimes can be well made. I like the crescent moon motif, certainly a sign of minority influence, on the Chinese style guard.
