Thanks, Lew. Indeed, it turns out. Per attached pic, the one to the left of the Kalinga axe says "Dakota" while the one to the right says "American Indian Club".

Incidentally, the axe's caption says "Luguagan, Northern Luzon". It is actually Lubuagan, which is part of the Kalinga province.
