Sure, Nias. However, this doesn't look antique to me - most likely post-independance production IMHO.
Like Batak, Nias cultural artifacts have been extensively reproduced for selling to outsiders. At first, these apparently came from Nias with quality of craftmanship deteriorating during the 20th c. (as with Moro kris or Dayak mandau); during the last decades artisans from Bali seem to have been dominating the market with artificially patinated fakes AFAIK.
