I need a clearer picture for the full translation, the last part is ineligible.
But the first part of the inscription is:
Alet-i harb ol bıçak miyanda mecali mi kalır düşman......
(this will be a terrible translation but It can be read as follows:
If this knife is a weapon of war against your enemy, he will have no power .........). I can make a guess for the last part but I prefer to look at a clearer picture before doing so.
