I agree with Gavin. The blade appears to be fairly old, but the hilt and sheath are more recent. The blade could be Spanish. The hilt and sheath are likely Mexican.

I agree with Detlef. The first two are mainland SE Asian work knives and are seen widely in that region--Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and probably in other neighboring areas as well.

Unusual African spear head/ring axe combo
