Just got new "mortar" some of the words are translated as "long life, the honoured king, brings more..." what do you think about it any comments?

Help ! pulwar translation & comments

just got it recently, blade has no ricasso and inscription was done probably before handle was mounted, what do you think? The blade has very weak pattern (laminated) maybe next week will clean it...
