You may want to check out "Gallery" - a PHP-based photo gallery software that allows you to add descriptions to photos and group by album (and nest albums)

fighting style

It seems like a full knuckle guard could get in the way of some fighting styles, for example (from the movies... :P) if you switch hands while fighting a knuckle guard would really get in the way.

Is it possible that the tests did not fully capture the field value of a wootz blade? I see pattern welded blades as being very similar to wootz (at least the highly folded examples, like nihonto)...

I interpreted the 6cm to be the width of the blade at the base (hilt)

I also agree that the hilt itself looks usable (and I have decently-sized hands)
