Can someone identify the initials / markings on the picture.
Apparently it is a kozak's sabre.

Example - "harbuz" in Ukrainian means - pumpkin
"arbuz" in russian means watermenlon.

Pala is much more straight, and has cross guard bended to the front.
But is is beutifull kylych thaugh.

Looks like persian saif for me, but there are picture of St. Mary with a child on the blade, and a herald on other one.

Would you confirm this? Where it was made? Lviv, Krakow, Cherkassy?
