I have shipped several swords to Taiwan without a problem, the only thing is that the customs will not accept sharpened edges , So you have to make them blunt. That is what my customers in Taiwan...

The hilt looks like Banjarese hilts ( south Borneo ) maybe an exported piece from Sumatra. I would give the thing a brass ferrule.

The bones are looking to me as very spongeous ( more than the ribs) , so don't know if that material should be...
