Hi all,
The blade looks like a Carita form probably from Pattani. The hilt, I concur with those whom attribute its origin to Madura. The hilt cup, needs replacement whichever that you intend to use....

Not a keris and it falls along the javanese sword class.. 'tempius', 'pedang tusuk' (stabbing sword), with a contemporary flair. :)
The clip point does make it bowie like.. ;)

The 2nd pic is a calligraphy of "Allah" and "Muhammad", inter-weaved. The 'Muhammad' is a little stylized.
