Yes I agree but I can make no impact on it even with a red hot needle , and it seems very heavy for resin.

I picked this up recently from a house clearance in Wales . I was guessing that it is some kind of Chinese pole arm but would appreciate info from those more expert in the field . It is 2.3 meters...

Powder Flask ?

I would welcome opinions on this , possibly a powder flask. Diameter of body ( which appears to be made of a gourd or similar ) approx 10 cm.
